Building 3 flood insurance is handled by McGriff / Marsh McLennan Agency. To request a certificate of insurance, email certificate@mcgriff.com and include:

1. Association name: Southern Shore Villas COA
2. Your name, mailing address, and unit number
3. Your lender name, address, and loan number if available
4. Your lender email address or fax number
5. Your own email address if you would like a copy

📝 Master Hazard Insurance Policy Requests for all buildings

Requests for copies of the Association Master Hazard Insurance Policy, certificates of insurance, or lender documentation for ANY unit or building at Southern Shore Villas should be submitted through McGriff / Marsh McLennan Agency.
