Dues & Payments
Southern Shore Villas COA accepts payments by check, Truist bank deposit, ACH direct transfer, or Zelle. Quarterly dues are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.
📅 Quarterly due dates
A late fee of 3% applies to payments received more than 10 days after the due date. Your individual dues amount is emailed to you quarterly by the board treasurer.

🏦 Pay at Truist Bank No fee
You may deposit payment directly at any Truist Bank branch. To receive our account deposit instructions, please contact us privately.
After depositing, please email us to confirm your payment. Include your name, unit number, and quarter.
🔄 Pay by ACH direct transfer No fee
ACH is a direct bank-to-bank transfer — free for both sender and receiver, typically processes within 1–2 business days.
Include your name, unit number, and quarter in your payment reference — e.g. Jane Smith – Unit 101A – Q2 2026
⚡ Pay by Zelle $15 convenience fee
A $15 convenience fee applies to each Zelle transaction. Owners wishing to avoid this fee may pay by check, Truist deposit, or ACH at no charge.
